To log into Pulse, open your browser ( Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome) and head to https://pulse.oak.com/. Then click the Blue ‘Sign in with SSO’ button.
A box should then appear prompting you to enter your username and password:
Here is where you need to enter your credentials:
Those would be your Microsoft credentials i.e. your work Email password.
If you do not know or have forgotten this you can reset it by following this link https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
