Password complexity requirements for Pulse, NaturalHR/Launchpad, work emails and Teams

Pulse, NaturalHR/Launchpad, work emails and Teams all have the same password. 

When choosing a new password the password must meet the complexity requirements.

The password you choose should meet the following minimum requirements:

Should not:
- Contain user account name, parts of the user full name that exceed two consecutive characters
- Be easily guessable. (ie. Password123! or Accountpassword123! )

Should be:
Be at least six characters in length and contain characters from three of the following categories:

English uppercase characters (A through Z)

English lowercase characters (a through z) Base 10 digits (0 through 9)

Non-alphabetic characters for example. !, S. #%) Complexity requirements are enforced when passwords are changed or created.


Please Note: If you have tried too many times unsuccessfully, the system will mark your account as suspicious and block this function for 30 minutes.
