How do I cancel a session?

You can cancel any upcoming sessions from your profile if the booking is for more than 48 hours in advance. The cancellation request will be sent over to Customer Support and it will be approved during working hours. The refund will be triggered to the bank account. It can take up to 10 working days. Please note, if you cancel a session within 48 hours there is no guarantee of a refund. It is always worth contacting your psychologist to see if they are able to reschedule the session to a different date and time

  • Go to my account
  • Click on Sessions
  • Select the session
  • Click the three dots 
  • Press on Cancel Session
