I have my account credentials but I am unable to sign into NaturalHR

If you receive the following errors "Error 17: Incorrect username or password" or  " Error 72: You are only permitted to use SSO login" when you try to login into NaturalHR, follow the below guide on how you can login.

How to log-in

1. Link to NaturalHR/ Launchpad https://www.naturalhr.net/hr/ 

2. Use your email address in the username box. This will be your Ascenti or Advo Health email. The SSO login button will highlight once email has been recognised. Do not attempt to enter a password. Please click the SSO Login button once it appears to be clickable.

3. This will prompt the multi-factor authentication log-in to open. Please enter your  Advo Health email and press next.

4. Enter the password you from the "IT Notification" email. 

You will then be asked to verify your identification. If you have already set-up MFA selecting your phone for a text or call, or used an MFA app, it will remind you what to do. If you have not set-up MFA and are unsure how you can do that, follow this guide How to setup Microsoft Authenticator App
