I am unable to make calls from my Tablet

You may not be able to make calls due to many reasons here are some of those.

1. You do not have signal on your Tablet.
- Check the signal bar on your tablet. If it is empty that means you don't have coverage or there is something interfearing with the signal at the current location.
2. You have signal but calls are not going through. 

If that is the case you can check the EE network status in the current area you are trying to make a call.

What you will need to do is type in the post code and select any of the phones listed below ( Samsung Galaxy for example)
and click on "Check status"


3. You get a message " Not registered on network " when you try to dial numbers.

- If you get this message you will need to contact Ascenti service desk to help you out.

You can do that by opening a ticket or message us on our messaging service and an agent will be in contact with you asap.
