How to use ipScape Agent Toolbar

Login screen:

Microsoft authenticator – It will pop up like this once it is set up - Put it your login details and select sign in:
This box will pop up, you will need your authenticator app open to obtain the code:





Load up your Microsoft authenticator app, select cloud contact centre (select your agent one – you will only have one on here). It will then provide you with a code which you will input into the authenticate box on the phone system.

 




It will then pop up with the below box (your default number should already be set up, just ensure you have persistent connection ticked).


This is what you will see when you login:


Calling Features:

Calling an agent: You can select from the drop-down.Calling outbound - You can copy and paste the number in the box and select the campaign to call out from the select, call number.





Dialing the number:




On the top right, there is a box where you can put them on hold, hang up the call and wrap the call (there is a notes box too, but we likely will not use this):


Transferring a call:



Signing out:

Click on your profile initials, then select "Sign Out."
